The EXL MAKABUHAY PLUS DIETARY SUPPLEMENT i is a multi-herb and prebiotic food supplement that provides essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and fibers in our bodies. This food supplement has high antioxidant content. A good source of natural vitamins, minerals and fibers that are not present in our daily nutritional intake. It is a febrifuge an antipyretic (fever-reducing) herbal medication. It is an immune booster that helps the body resist infection during the initial stages of a possible infection as well as throughout the duration of an infectious illnesses.

What is the recommended dosage of this supplement?

For preventive maintenance, take 1-2 capsules daily or every other day with a glassful of warm water or warm kalamansi juice with no sugar 30 minutes before or an hour after meal.

For onset of an illness take 2 capsules 3 times daily with a glassful of warm water or warm kalamansi juice with no sugar added (only for those who are not suffering from hyperacidity) 30 minutes before a meal or an hour after a meal. 

For severe and chronic diseases and covid related illnesses take 3 capsules 3 times daily until needed.

When should you not take this supplement?
